• ① The Futurenuri Co., Ltd. shall process personal information with the following purpose. Processing personal information is not for the other purposes except the following purpose. If there is a change of purpose of use personal information, it is necessary to obtain separate consent pursuant to Article 18 of the Protection Act.

    Futurenuri handles personal information for purpose of identification, authentication, membership retention, member management, identity verification, prevention of unauthorized use of service, dispatch of various official documents and documents, maintenance processing by maintenance service provision.

Article 3 (Duties and Responsibilities of Information Entities)

Article 5 (Destruction of personal information)

• ① Futurenuri will destroy the personal information when the personal information is unnecessary, such as the progress of the delayed personal information retention period and the achievement of the processing purpose.
• ② If personal information has to be kept in accordance with other laws and regulations despite the fact that the personal information held by the information subject has passed or the purpose of processing has been accomplished, the personal information should be transferred to a separate database (DB).
• ③ Procedures and methods of personal information destruction are as follows.
  • 1. Destruction procedure

    Futurenuri will destroy personal information by selecting the personal information that caused the reason for destruction of Futurenuri corporation and receiving the approval of Futurenuri’s personal information protection manager.

  • 2. Destruction method

    Personal Information recorded in the electronic file format is destroyed so that it cannot be played back. Personal information recorded on a paper document is crushed by a crusher and destroyed.
